"Perfect email and scheduling, in just 10 seconds." Product design for an AI email × scheduling SaaS.
Overview
Product design for a SaaS that fuses automatic email drafting, follow-ups, AI labeling, and instant scheduling links into a single workflow. The design has to absorb workflows ranging from solo freelancers to 50+ person enterprises within one UI.
I work across every layer of the product — the web app and Chrome extension, the LPs, the internal admin screens, and the help site — and continuously improve the upgrade and billing flows alongside new feature work.
